What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I am not sure if I have any type of case, but here's the situation.

I live in PA and was going to attend an accredited online college for my bachelors online from a college in Colorado. My friend and I have identical associates degrees from another accredited college, We both were going to attend the same university. He enrolled before I did for a program. I then enrolled for a different one. He found out that all of his credits will not transfer to the program that he wanted and then decided to go for the same bachelors as myself. All his credits transferred. When they went to evaluate my transfer credits, my credits don't meet the requirements and they all won't transfer. BUT his did? They kept giving me a bunch of runaround excuses. Well, over 3 weeks have gone by and he is still enrolled. This whole situation has flared up my anxiety/depression which I haven't experienced in almost 2 years. Now i don't even feel like attending school, nor do i feel like doing anything anymore. Everything was going great until this point.

Any input is appreciated. What is the name of your state?

First, I hope you've sought counselling and/or help from your Physician for your anxiety/depression, so you are better able to cope with this disappointment. Unfortunately, sometimes life stinks and stuff isn't fair. You move on.

There may be other reasons your credits did not transfer (your grades for a particular course may not be up to their standards to transfer, etc.) Ask what other classes would satisfy their requirements. If you still don't get satisfaction, remember that there are other colleges offering online courses. Investigate one of them.

Maybe one of the experienced legal people will see this and have additional advice. Good luck.

My grades were similar to my friends. There is no reason that his would be accepted and mine weren't. I think that I will end up contacting a local firm for direct discussion but thanks anyway.
