I'm still waiting for Pat to provide me proof for this statement.

In Massachusetts, if a person who is uninsured is in an accident that is clearly not his/her fault, he is legally at fault because he has no insurance. I thought that most states had this same law, but apparently not

Pat...The state statutes were posted. They are proof that what I say is the norm for this state.
If I was in court and had to prove myself I would be able to with those statutes...How would you prove what you are saying in court? Do you believe your insane ramblings would cut it before a Judge? But knowing you, if the Judge ruled against you, it would be because s/he was biased ...

Of course, this is the actual law, you know the one with a statute number and that lists the penalities for driving without insurance.
Funny thing, it doesn't mention you "shall be found guilty for any accident regardless of whether or not that accident is your fault".

Yes...where is that citation where you said there is a statute that tells Judges in MA to be biased.

Ohio, you have no clue about what started all this. This has been nothing about statutes, but when Baystate mentions that there must be a statute if something is a fact, you post a MA statute..You jumped in, in the middle, believing that she was stating the truth about the whole post, when she was misquoting, and throwning you way off. Obviously , the answer to everything that goes on in any court is not a statute! So she states that she has a lawyer who will settle this, gets you to jump in the middle, and you trusting that she is being upfront and honest, think you are helping, by citing a statute, when this is nothing about statutes!
