"At least" means that 2 would suffice.
As for the medical records...this sounds like something related to costs he's asked to pay. What context is that part of the order written in?

That part of the order is written where my husband is being required to maintain reasonable health insurance for their child. Their order has just recently been modified to reflect that language, among other things. The mother tried to get him to pay medical bills from 3 years ago that she never bothered sending to him before. Going forward, the judge ordered a specific timeframe as to which she must submit bills.

If they are not submitted, then Dad can file Contempt of Court against her.

Meanwhile, Dad can obtain those records whether his court order allows it or not...the only difference is if Mom provides them- it saves Dad time & money.

So, it's up to Dad how he wishes to proceed.

That's what I suspected. It seems (to me) that that portion of the CO means that, if you are asked to pay anything for medical bills, you shall be provided all the records.
Perhaps you should back off on that one. If you want the records, you can request them yourself. Unless, of course, it's related to a billing issue.

("YOU", of course, means "Your Hubby")

Right...meaning that, every time she sends him a bill for his portion of the co-payment for that doctor visit, she should send him a copy of the "summary" of the visit for that day, correct? She's given him a copy of a doctor visit before, but now she's telling him it's not her responsibility, even though their CO specifically orders it...
