What is the name of your state? NJ

If my my husband sells his house (that was inherited before me) and buys another with the money & does not include me on the deed & in a few years we break up do I have any right to the house? I would be paying half the taxes, bills, etc. There would not be a mortgage.

Thanks

You would have rights to the equity that has built up, unless you sign your rights away during the closing.
