Company Changing my Pay from Salary to Commission

I am currently on a salary, plus a very small "commission"/"bonus" program. They are now cutting my salary in half anf upping my commssion. Is this legal? Can they do this with out any notice? Thank you.

they are at will employers - so i guess i dont have a contract and they can change my pay structure at any time???
