What is the name of your state? PA
Is there a potential law suit case against a bank that sends all of your personal banking documents to a third party address?

Who is the 3rd party? Why did the bank send your personal information to them? Where did the bank get that address?

The third party is my husbands ex-wife's parents. And I have no idea where they got the address. it is a private account, my huband is not listed. The ex-wife made a big deal of calling us to say that she had all of my banking information, she stated that it was sent to her parents house. I had been reqeusting documentation from the bank for 2 months...everytime I reqeusted it, they stated it had been sent. Obviously it wasn't being sent to me.

**A: yes, obviously and there is some fraud going on. Make a special visit to your bank and talk to the manager.

I disagree. The person who pressed the button didn't do a THING, except ask for it to be mailed. The address came from SOMEWHERE. Also, tell the ex-wife that she broke some Federal Postal Laws.
