We had a family renting our Annapolis house for a year. They renewed their lease for another year after the first had expired. After 6 months into the renewal period, they bought a house and left ours in November 2006, breaking the lease. There was significant damage to the driveway, grounds and interior of the home. We sent certified letter after certified letter to the tenants with no luck. We filed suit and yesterday had our day in court... I don't want to talk about the particulars about the judgement, but I'M VERY HAPPY WITH IT!!!!
