What is the name of your state? PA

Our neighbors are out for blood and I'm just desperate for a way to make them stop!! Ever since we had to go to the school about their son bullying our son, they've been trying to make our lives a living hell. They continuously have us under a microscope and I'm not sure how to get out!! They've involved the local police, then the township, now it's the DEP! I'm afraid that when they don't get anywhere with the DEP, they're gonna think of something else. I just heard a story about a woman who admitted she spanked her kids to the wrong person at the grocery store and, BANG, her kids were taken away from her for 3 MONTHS!!!

How do we protect ourselves when someone is intentionally out to get us?

My dad grew up here, I've lived here all my life, we just bought the place from my parents a year ago, and my sister is building right next door. Moving should not have to even be considered.

Take a deep breath. Exhale.
Neighborhood disputes are common.
There are several options.
As suggested earlier, you may do nothing (the premise being the old sticks and stones argument).
Move (understandable you don't want to move).
Mediation.
Civil action including obtaining a restraining order or mutual orders.

Hi:
I understand your desperation for this to be resolved soon. However, it might take awhile to stop this form of neighbor's dispute.

In the past, when two of our neighbors started to argue about distructon/trespass of flower garden and other mischievous actions caused by neighbor's young son, the next door, one of neighbors needed to resolve this by going to the JUDGE. The Judge told them to move, not other place, but few blocks away in the same neighborhood. Then,it sounds to me like neighbor's dispute is ALWAYS difficult to handle.

It sounds like the neighbors want 'their way,' as seeing that they disliked your action having gone to the school for their son's bully-behaviour towards your son. I understand it's terrible hard for you, Mom to ignore them, but try to get involved with other neighbors who are nice and good to you, as much as you can and get emotional support and advice from them.

look out

Be careful. We had a disoute with our neighbor and he went all over the neighborhood talking about us to anyone who would listen. Most of it was crap but they listened and before we knew what was happenning, we were ostracised. I then did a search on these people and found multiple ss #'s, multiple names. multiple b-dates. I turned them into the IRS, the local police and INS. Revenge is so sweet, lol

Seems to me you will have an allie with your sister moving in next door not that you want to involve her but they may start bs with her too. If I were you I'd speak to a lawyer and take this through legal channels.

Abuse of Process

Check with a local attorney to see if they are abusing the process. The reason they make courts is so we don't shoot each other.

Wow!!!! I'm going thru the samething right now. I will be posting a question soon also. Here in NC if a neighbor calls the law no questons asked you go to jail, I'm living it now only one way in or out of my property and everytime they see me they call the law and swear i tried to kill them. I do have an atorney and he says thats the law here, warrants are issed to anyone. I now have a video camera on the dash of my cars and it didn't matter the last time we where told to show it to a judge, yet it's been months and still three weeks to the next court date(they didn't show the first time) and everytime the bail gets higher, I was told the last time that if they call again I will sit in jail until the court date. It's crazy the things people do just do be an A_ _.
GoodLuck
Also have had every local office called on me from the dog catcher to Social services plus.
