What is the name of your state? West Virginia. Up until my claim was denied by the appeals council, I was being represented by a DISABILITY REPRESENTATIVE, not a LAWYER. When my representative recommended a lawyer to appeal my case to District Court, the lawyer chose not to represent me, as he felt that the US District Court would find that the ALJ's decision denying my claim is supported by substantial evidence. Here are my questions:
Would I be wasting my time reapplying?
When I originally applied, I was still working 2 years after my onset date - will my chances be better if I reapply with a different onset date?
Will a NEW diagnosis of Fibromyalgia by a Rheumatologist help my case?
PLEASE HELP ME. I ONLY HAVE UNTIL 10/29 TO MAKE A DECISION!
