Wife acting foul, help!

What is the name of your state? New Jersey: I'm in a marrage that is on it's last legs. I moved to a new apartment with my wife and kids, the apartment is in my wife's name.She says she does'nt want anything from me, just to pay my way. Says she wants out of the marrage, but we sleep in the same bed, there's some sort of sex that goes on sometimes.(not good sex either) She goes out the house in the morning and most times gets back in after 4 or 5 pm. She does 'nt answer her cell phone most times, and gets defensive if the kids or i asks where she was. I asked her for a key to the mail box and she said no, so i have to wait on her to get my mail like i'm a child. Even boarders have access to the mail box to get their mail. I give her money for food, laundry, and other things that are needed around the apartment. I'm home with our kids while she's out wherever, doing whatever, with whoever. She always telling me she put x amount of money into the house, but can never show any paper work.(receipts) I told her we need to sit down and work out some record of monies i put into the household, since she want to treat me like a boarder, she refused. What can i do until i can move out? Help!

I have given some serious thought to reaching out to Cheaters.(She hates that show.) I'm sure they would catch her doing something. Don't get me wrong, though i've never cheated on her. I have my issues too, like being a better provider for my family. Wheather it be all 4 of us, or me and my girls. Or someone new in our life. And i'm working on that now. But it would be so much better if we could work together. I rally don't want to start all over, trying to get to know someone new.

Thx for the advice, i intend on getting a divorce as soon as i can. But right now i need to get myself together. And trust and believe, i love my kids more than any parent could love their kids. And i have a great bond with them. BTY, She (being my wife) started school today and did'nt even tell me. I over heard her telling one our girls this morning. When i left she had the nerve to feel some kinda way, cause i did'nt say good bye.Lol. Funny huh?

its obvious she wants out of this marrage for what reason i dont no, but i went threw that and my ex was cheating on me. U dont need cheaters or a PI its obvious. Sometimes its better for the children to get a divorce then to live threw this. kids are not stupid they probally have a feeling something is wrong, they since friction in the home.Its best for all involved to get a divorce and just be the best father u can be to them

Thank You, i know that is where things are headed, and it's where this needs to go. As soon as i'm able, there will be a divorce.
