What? Where did this come from? I didn't see it anywhere in this thread. PS, saying you're gonna go medieval on someone's butt automatically makes you sound like a pervert, especially if you note beforehand that you are gay.

Well, I'm going to suggest what everyone else is thinking. A 27 year old who uses his cell phone to take pictures up a womens skirt without her knowledge, could probably use some professional help from a doctor who specializes in the field of mental health.

Have you ever thought of how you would feel if you discovered someone was violating your mother, wife, sister or daughter in this manner?

Personally, I can't imagine what would motivate anyone to enjoy such a perversion....

Well anyone believe that the guy should be censured,and if the person does it again, to throw the person in the clink and throw away the key, Because i believe as a christian,that people should be given the chance for redemption and to correct their behavior,because throwing people in Jail/Prison without giving them a second chance sounds like it came from the Dark Ages, and like so many things of the Dark Ages like the Sumptuary Law(that forbid Peasants from adopting the dress of nobilty) are medieval.

Because personally i feel that anyone that would send someone to jail/prison is a very mean evil person, because i believe that freedom is more important than life itself,reflected in Patrick Henry's "give me Liberty or give me Death" speech.

I agree. After a couple of years he should be given a second chance. In fact why don't you find him a place to live in your neighborhood when he gets out! I sure don't want some of the women in my life exposed to him while we see if he learned his lesson. He needs to be punished severely so he learns his lesson, and is an example to others!

I have started counseling. It's something that I feel I really need right now, to help me get my head back together. I appreciate all the help from those of you who gave advice. Those of you mocking, or making fun, please understand I'm trying to get through a tough time, and would really appreciate constructive advice, instead of just mocking jokes. I know what I did was terrible, but I'm really trying to help fix this, and wish at least someone can understand that.

imagine if you took a picture of a girl under age...then they could have gotten you for child porn. cameras and phones were not intended for transmitting porn. may be someday you will grow up and be a responsible person. dont expect much sympathy from others when you come here with crap like this....

It isn't really "free advice" as the forum claims, You pay a price by being public humiliated by a few hypocrites and self righteous posers. Of course, not all who disapprove are hypocrites just those who feel the need to spew vitriol and wish prison on you.

You will need to fight this fight get a good lawyer and do what he tells you in the end I doubt you will do any time over a couple public upskirt shots. If the woman is in public there is debate about weather upskirt photos are illegal.
