The cs order was for Texas 6 yrs ago we have since both moved to different parts of Arkansas ... He moved 2+ yrs ago .. I have been here for 1yr...There hasn't been any adjustments since it was final... Texas has a $cap on cs & he had reached it with his income level .... Now 6+ yrs later taking 24hr, 7days a week care for 2 growing teenage boys ....(that I dearly LOVE & ENJOY) I would really like to increase & modify cs , how do I domesticate the orginal order to arkansas and request an increase of cs... I do know that TX takes 25% (but has a $1500 cap) for 2 and AR takes 21% (i believe) with no cap ... How do i do all of this and not be out an arm & leg?? In the past 6yrs he has moved twice and has had 2 promition with one of them taking place just a few months ago??? He does see them 2-4 days a month.... I haven't modified visitation order, he just gets them a couple of days out of the month when he can travel the 5hrs to see them ..... Thank you for all you advice ... This is a great site...
