NY- I just entered into a one year lease with my landlord and he now decides he wants to sell the property. To whom ever buys.Is my lease still binding for the year? I would also like to know can they give me a 30-60 day eviction even though I have a lease. Whats the best way to proceed for me. The landlord assures me that he has a clause in which my lease has to be honored and they have to either find me a new place to stay or pay moving expenses, but i dont trust him or the agent. When I had a friend call the agent she said she could get the people out with a 30-day letter? What are my rights and is that legal
