What is the name of your state? PA

I have done a lot of research on purchasing a home. What is the difference if we purchase a FSBO? it says 159900 or best offer. The house we are interested in is being auctioned off on the phone? I have never heard of this before in my life. It states it will be sold on Sunday to the highest bidder. The house is in good shape is only 10 yrs. old and the neigbor across the street is selling there home for 90,000 more then what they are asking. They are having an open house on Sat. and Sun.

What are the closing fees when you purchase FSBO? Would a real estate attorney do this for me? How much do they typically cost?

Any tips are appreciatied!

I have no clue.

**A: forget it. Find something that you could buy via traditional means.

I agree with HomeGuru, if you have no clue about what you're doing, it is best to buy by the traditional method.

I agree

skywalker35,
I agree, just have the traditional method. Timing is necessary also to have what you aim especially in real state investing. You know, when it comes to things like timing the real estate market and when is the best time to invest, everyone has an opinion about real estate investing. The problem is, is just someones 2 cents based on who knows what. The key to not getting creamed when you venture into a real estate investment is to have good information that is based on facts ... that is, analysis coming from hard data. There's a really good site you sould check out for this. http://www.reifocus.com. Hope this helps.
