What is the name of your state? washington

I have bought a home in washington state several months ago . signed a deed of trust and note i believe , the other day my note holder calls and says he needs me to sign deed, and note(contract again),becuase the county treasure says he filed deed first and note second
which messes something up but he wont tell me what, dos any one have an idea whats up.

Why don't you talk to the County Treasurer and get your own version of what is going on? I would hesitate to re-sign a document that is a lien against your property without it and the original being thoroughly reviewed and explained. Call Legal Aid if you can't afford a lawyer.
