TX-I found an item online from an individual, went to see the item in question and was given the option to pay half now and half later. I took the item home and realized that it was not what I wanted. Less than 10 hours later I emailed the seller and told her that I didn't want the item. She told me she would not refund my $1,000. I owe her $1,000, but do not want the item.

What options do I have?
Thanks in advance.

As you already know, you owe her $1,000
Pay it and then try to sell the item to some other sucker ;)
