Can I still KICK someone?
Yes, by all means!

I have it in the back of my head that with majomom's persistence, the love she has for her son and vice versa, and support from some wise ppl here, that she will prevail even though she did not today. And, while I think it's tragic that both these boys are being caught in the misdeeds of the other parent and his wife, I will feel a squeal of victory when that happens and giggle inside that the lawbreaker had to eat his shorts that day.

I do not see that happening any time soon. My kids are both being told that I am wrong and unreasonable... they are so into the cool, material things...

I do believe that they know I am the one that will always be there for them and they are not sure about my ex (he has told them to accept gf or not be in his life)... but that doesn't make it easier to wait now...
