Hi guys, I'm new here and is taking law12 in school
i have a few questions here i need help on since the teacher did not explain very well (more like none at all).
1)How is jurisdiction linked to the hiearchy of the court system?
2)How is jurisdiction linked to Geography?
3)What would you call something that is outside one's jurisdiction? Provide examples.
4)If a person is charged with an offense, what is the first determination that has to be made with regard to jurisdiction?

This is on Canada's jurisdiciton which is similiar to the US. This is hard!
Can anyone help me?
