What is the name of your state? AK

here is a link to my previous thread:

https://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=380436

on 10/15/07, his attorney stipulated to everything being heard in AK; on 10/17/07 we had the hearing.

on 10/19/07, I faxed a copy of the order to the attorney in Florida handling the support issues (as well as placing a hard copy in the mail) as directed by the judge's order. As of yesterday, on the Nassau County Clerk Website, when I look at my case it doesn't show anything for the State of Florida anymore...it says it has been removed or deleted...or something to that effect. Today, this sight shows a stipulation as of last Friday. I don't know if it is the one from his attorney or perhaps a new one from the AG's office.

Does anyone know how Florida would work on this? Is it possible the AG's office handling this Title IV case filed a stipulation saying AK could have jurisdiction with their blessing? If that is what happened, can I ask request the support order be made prior to the 5 Dec 07 deadline the judge gave Florida to object?

If anyone wants to look at the website, please IM and I will be more than happy to give you my name or case number to look it up to see if you can make sense of it...

You could call the court clerk in FL and see if you could possibly get them to fax you a copy of the stipulation....that might help you.
