My daughter was assigned a child representative during a modification, and the judge ordered her to continue to represent my daughter even after the case was resolved. Occassionally, she will e-mail my daughter and ask her how things are going and my daughter responds--albeit briefly. I am wondering if I should be communicating with the child rep at this point. Should I send on grade reports for example? Ex seems to be using her as a sounding board for his many grievances and she did contact me about one of his claims. I answered her and that was the end of it. Or is it best to assume if she wants info she will ask for it?

My opinion is that its best to assume that if she wants info she will ask for it. Particularly if your daughter is old enough to receive and respond to emails herself.
