What is the name of your state? SC

I have a corporation (I'm the sole owner) that I listed when I filed chapt 7. At that time it was non-operational with zero assets in it.... and still is. Now I want to start putting money in the business so that I can get the business running as a way for me to make money. Thing is, I still have not had my 341 hearing yet. So what I want to know is, can I start putting money in the business without having to worry about it being taken by the court in my personal bankruptcy case?? My attorney said that any money I make after I filed is mine to keep... so long as I don't make over $30,000 in the next 6 months (or something like that). But technically, money going to the business shouldn't effect me, right?? So do I need to wait before starting with my business plans or not?

**A: I am sure the BK Trustee is not going to agree with what your attorney said.

If you listed a business as an asset, there is a real chance the trustee will have some questions. Just leave it alone until after the 341. You've come this far without it, what'll another few weeks hurt?
