Mortgage Company got Relief from Stay - Chapter 13

What is the name of your state? Indiana

After the relief from stay was granted, I entered into a Special Forbearance with my mortgage company. The monthly payments for that are nearly breaking me, and I don't think I can make it for another 17 months like this

Would I be able to put my mortgage company back on my Chapter 13 plan? It is only 1 year old at this time, and I'm current on my plan payments.
