What is the name of your state? MO
Stupidhead's Bday is coming up next week and he's supposed to have the kids from 9am-9pm 'except any portion of that day the children would be in school'. So basically, from after school until 9pm.
Last year, he chose not to have them because he was going to be out of town with his wife. Fine. No big.
This year, I've heard nothing. His Bday is on my day (Tuesday).
Our order further says that the parent who is beginning their parenting time is to pick the kids up. So it's not my job to deliver the kids to him on Tuesday after school, it's his job to pick them up, yes?
My question really, is this...
If he doesn't call the school and make arrangements to have the bus drop them at his house instead of the baby-sitter's house, so that they're at the sitter when I get there to pick up Twain - is it ok that I bring them home with me?
Is his failure to make proper arrangements (assuming that he does fail to make them) the same as forfeiting his visitation?
