if you want him to show you respect( which i hope you do) you need to show him the same respect. he is your kids father. you need to grow up and stop the immature name calling. and i really hope youre not saying things like that in front of your kids. if it ever goes to court, expect the judge to rip you up one side and down the other. you could even end up being stripped of custody because of your bad mouthing dad. watch what you say, especially in front of your kids, cuz sooner or later, it could get back to dad. then you may have problems. calling him names like stupidhead is not being respectful
Hon, we all refer to him as Stupidhead, because we have known CJane for a long time, know her story very well, and know that he really is aptly named. He has demonstrated this over and over again, IN COURT no less.

He has EARNED his name.

CJane is a responsible, mature mother who does NOT badmouth her children's father to the children. He and his wife however, DO badmouth CJane in front of the children.

Therefore, it would be wise for you to sit back and pay some attention to what is going on, before making these kinds of statements about a senior member. A senior member has been around long enough that their story is well known.

Thank you L. :)

I've never been quite so chastised by a kelly before.

Just to recap... in answer to my original question: I should just leave it up to ...him:rolleyes:... (sorry OG couldn't resist) and not worry about it. If the girls are at the babysitter's when I get there to pick up Twain, I should pick them up too and assume he's forfeiting his Bday time. Right?

As far as me losing custody of the kids because I think their dad is a crazy person? I'm fairly confident that's not gonna happen. And you would be too if you'd read the recent decisions in our case - the ones that are now being quoted as case law. But it's ok if you want to disagree. I know I could show him a LOT more respect and post his real name on here like other people do. But that seems... stupid.

Sorting my way through Kelly and blacklove's idiocy.... I'd just call him, CJane.
I left him a VM. I'm working on the assumption that he won't call me back... Wild says he's out of town on business for the next week... so I guess we'll see.

Out of town?

so, pardon my ignorance, but this is info i may need for the future.

if ex is sposed to have the kids on their bday and they are out of town, AND they refuse to communicate w/you, does that mean the forfeit the time?

or do they get to make it up.
