I recently had a premature child with a woman and after we find out all kinds of informaion about eachother. She had told the doctors and nurses that she is a registered nurse and did not have to take any of the parenting classes that all the other parents had to take. What to do if he chokes or anything. What do you do about this? She is currently just going with what she thinks she should do and not what is best for the child. Is there anyway to make her take these classes?

IS she a R.N.??

What do you mean classes other parents have to take? As far as I know you are not required to take classes prior to having a child, it would be nice if that was the case. Parenting and birthing classes are usually by choice.
