Michigan - My husband, a hard-working, family man obtained his CDL in July of 2003. He is straight, never drinks, never does drugs and never pursued any friends really to speak of. Always stayed home...One weekend he had an opportunity to go to a bachelor-party through a friend of mine. I pushed him to go to make some friends and get out a bit. He went and he drank a few beers, which went right to his head...and he did a couple things there that night, under the influence, that he never does. And he didn't do much at all even that night. Monday morning he went to work as usual, just fine...not under the influence of any thing, and was drug tested on a random draw. The results were devastating in that this stuff stayed in the blood and showed positive on the test. The company fired him, but he has worked (very sucessfully) for 2 others since who believed in him, tested him, found him to be clean and he worked well for them. Now we've had to move for my career and finding him a new job is proving to be impossible because of this one test 3 years ago. Is there any way we can get this cleaned off his record? We would pay to have him tested every week out of our own pocket if someone would hire him. He is not a drug-accidict or a drinker. He's a really safe and courteous driver...the type we need more of on the roads. How can we clean up this report?

what sort of attorney?

I've looked through all the catagories and can't find one that seems to fit.
