What is the name of your state? OK On Saturday, the city installed a 55' warning siren tower in front of our house. The tower is close to the street and in a utility easement. The certificate of dedication and restrictive covenants for our subdivision show the easement along the front to be for underground utilities. An easement is provided for overhead lines along the back of the property and all service lines are to be located underground. Obviously, it's a horrible eyesore, but my questions are: Is a tornado/warning siren considered a utility? Do I have any basis for getting it moved?
