What is the name of your state? TX

I guess the run down of questions are as follows:

In mediation, what would a good suggestion be to increase my visitation that's reasonable and should be easily aquired through this process? Granted I already have every weekend, but I would like to be involved with taking her to school and dropping her off etc...so would asking for every other week be reasonable, considering I went from having her 23 days per month to roughly 8 now?

I want to file on her for interference with child custody as well, so how do I go about doign that?

She lied on the stand, and I can prove that she did through documentary and video evidence. What steps do I take to ensure that this is made known?

During the TRO hearing today, which by the way I won!!, she stated in her affidavit at least 4 things that were not true and can be proven false through testimony and documetary evidence. Is that perjury although its just an affidavit? If so, again, what measures should be taken to remedy that?

Thanks guys!

an ever other week schedule works well for a lot of families, one of the good things about mediation is you and your ex can get as creative as you want, nothing is cut and dried, you can bounce ideas back and forth until you find something you both agree is reasonable and workable for your family. why was your time decreased?

I want to file on her for interference with child custody as well, so how do I go about doign that?

can you prove it? and filing is the starting processes for going to court, are you wanting to mediate or are you wanting to have her punished?

that could be brought out during testimony, if you get that far, and if it is relevant to the matter at hand

perjury in family court almost never gets addressed, especially since you won I would let that one go unless it's relevant to the custody matter
