Of course, all the following info is from the Tejas CONSTITUTION which is some sort of weird corporate document and not anything anyone is bound by, but here it is.
Your information was very helpful.

I noticed in your reply and the American Bar Association web site that a Standby Counsel are only used in Criminal cases, have you ever heard of it being used when the Plaintiffs are Suri Juris and they are suing State Officials or some may label them as State Agents in Civil Action suit?

No. I can't think of a single case where any sort of attorney is appointed for the sort of civil action you're speaking of. If you wanna go pro se against the big boys, you gotta just suck it up and go pro se.

State Officials? Ummm you better look at governmental immunity and realize you can't do that if the State Official was acting within their official capacity. So no I have never heard of that being used.

The Ferderal Court has already ruled that these State Officials have already violated Contitutional Rights and they jumped up and down claiming their so called Immunity. The Federal court ruled there is not immunity when a State Official violates a U.S Citizens Contitutional Rights. They are being charged and it is in the file steps of going to trial.

I had just wondered the legal word for Standby Attorney which was answered as Standby Counsel and to see if it could be applied to Plaintiffs that were Suri Juris involved in a Civil case.

Thank you again for your time:)
