How would I go about getting and RO against someone who stalking me online? I have 16 saved screen shots of this person harassing me. The person in my ex's new gf I have posted about her before. Now I do not know what state they are in because they have a tendency to run and hide between new mexico and texas when they get in trouble in one of those states.
I block them (she pretends to be my ex talks under his id) and they just make more just to harass me. Any help is appreciated.

Well I work from my computer so why should I change my life because some jealous whore can't stand that her man and I have a child together? That still did not answer my question.

Here's the best way to find out if you can file the RO: file it and see what happens.

Because that might help solve the problem? And changing a screen name or e-mail address doesn't change your life.

So, what is your goal here? To take the easiest and most direct route to blocking her harrassment of you, or to use her harrassment of you to get her in trouble so you can enjoy that for a little while?

I have asked them both nicely and not so nicely to leave me alone and have changed some of my stuff but some stuff I DO have to keep the same.
