What is the name of your state? California, now presently visiting in India

I bought a Fujitsu Lifebook CC2210 in 2003 and I have been
using it for the last 4 years. Every thing seemed to be going good for
about a year, but for a couple of years I have noticed that every time I
used the Fujitsu I get extreme headaches within minutes of using it. I
had perfect vision until 2003, and since then my vision has started to
worsen. I now require glasses on full-time basis and even though I wear
glasses, the moment I start using my Fujitsu computer I get headaches.
I have no such problems when I watch television or use any other laptop
or desktop computers. I started noticing the correlation between using
the Fujitsu and my worsening eyesight about 2 years ago. But only
recently did I notice that it was not just one case. My husband has now
been using the same Fujitsu for about 2 years and now he complains of
headaches and a worsening eye condition. I believe the radiation
emitting from this particular Fujitsu laptop is very dangerous to the
human eye and would like to get some information and help regarding this
matter. I am a computer programmer and require the use of a computer
on a permanent basis. This computer is absolutely dangerous and useless to me now. I didn't pay $2,000 plus for it to shoot my eyes out.

I need some remedy regarding this Fujitsu
computer. It is something that is unheard of, in my opinion, regarding
laptop computers. Do I have a claim? Would appreciate a quick and steady response.

Thanks.

Do I have a claim?
Not without proof . What you believe is irrelevant .

Would appreciate a quick and steady response
Does your eye Dr. specify your eyesight problem to be attributed Solely to that particular laptop ?

Is there any recalls on that particular laptop specifying viewing it , as a cause of vision problems ?

My Doctor Suggested it

My doctor is the one that suggested to my husband that maybe the laptop might be the problem. My husband changed his whole lifestyle around so he wouldn't get the migraines, but he continued to get them regardless of what he did. One day, finally, the doctor suggested he stopped playing games (he only played 2 hours a day) on the laptop. So he quit using it, and bam, the red eyes and the headaches stopped. I did the same as well, after that. And now mines are gone too. But I endured this for 3 long years. Naturally I thought it was just my eyes going bad. I had three different powers in three years. It was totally due to the computer use. 5 mins using the laptop screen and I get the headaches back.

The days I lost with my family and work, the days my husband lost with his work (he's a dentist). There has to be some way that they have to recognize that its a faulty laptop. I'm ready to send it back to them so they can test it out themselves.

Thanks.

Have you tried using a different laptop? Laptop's don't put radiation out through the screen (ok, technically they do, since "light" is a form of radiation...)

I have heard looking at too much porn can do the same thing. :D
Hey I heard that too!! A rather large organization with multi offices around the world claims that looking at porn will cause blindness....Makes you wonder what kind of "games" OP is playing with his "joystick"???

You would think the OP would stop using the laptop after they discovered the problem and not keeping using it for ANOTHER TWO YEARS!?!?!?!?!??!
