What is the name of your state? GA
Sorry guys I have yet another question for you. It has been a full week and from another thread I posted, ex and I went to mediation last week and we both AGREEDED and SIGNED papers for custody/visitation. Ex now wants to disagree with partial court order (we have to return back to court in January for court to decide child support payments for us). He tells me that a mediated agreement is not a court or (but judge signed off on the final order), he states that it's not yet filed with the courts.
Basically he wants me to drop the entire court order in order to not pay child support . Can he do this when we already have a signed order and a schedule court date for child support? He really wants to avoid paying support.
Thanks for your advice.
