 I live in Pa and my sister lives in Maryland

Here it goes. My sister lives in Md she has been seeing a guy for 8 + months he moved in with her after 5 months he was to pay her 350 per month towards bills (but never did). Once a few months ago he gave my sister his e-mail password so she could check something for him. Since then they got a new place and he was to pay her 400.00 a month (this place was more expensive then the other). She feeds him cooks for him takes care of him while he had been sick almost as if they were married.
Now he has been going away on business trips. Seeing family in Fl and Wv, he even took my sister to Fl to meet his family, made her a lot of promises about them staying together and what not how he loves her and so forth. My sister sent him an e-mail to explain that things were going bad about there relationship how he’s been distant and not as affectionate, then she changed her mind and wanted to delete it. She went into his e-mail account to delete her e-mail and found out that he has been having an affair with another woman (that knows nothing about her) for the past 2 months.
My sister gave me his password. So I sent the other women’s e-mails to my sister and his family and my sister’s e-mails to the other women and his family. Now he is telling my sister that he is going to make her life a living hell, that her life is now ****, and she is going to rot in jail cause he know FBI. He has not paid anything in the new house for 2 months and has in fact been living off of my sister while cheating on her for at least 5 months. My sister is 47 years old only had one boyfriend whom she was married to for 39 years who treated her great, but now she is scared to death and is being intimidated and blackmailed. What can be done to get rid of this leach, can he do anything to my sister (the only thing she did was give me the password) I did the rest. And if he can send me to jail please let me know. Cause I would rather go to jail for hitting him in his ass with a baseball bat then sending and e-mail to the next women he wants to take advantage of

What does sissy want to do?
My sister wants him to leave, leaver her alone, she want peace again no problems she does not even care about the money he owes her. She also wants her husband back but no one can do that but god. But she is afraid of him now - he sent her web pages about hackers (LOL my sister a hacker) going to jail and about law suites, defamation of character (as if he has any). He made her go straight home from work today by threaten to file charges. Personally I think it is elder mental abuse (she is only 47 but a naive 47). And she does not need nor deserve this.
And me: I want him gone, I want my sister not to be afraid for her or me. So like I said “if he can send me to jail please let me know. Cause I would rather go to jail for hitting him in his ass with a baseball bat then sending and e-mail”.

what do you think she wants to do, she is 47 and was married for 39 years. Hell she wants to finish the 3rd grade.:D

Poster I doubt he has any connections with the FBI, or the CIA or even the FDA. Tell Sis to file a protective over, and move on with her life.

That makes it slightly better. How old was hubby?
he was 18, 4 children before he passed away. :)

But what can be donw about leach  - tonight he called the police (for there radio being loud - they do not even live in the same town) (he made up the complaint) on my nephews and they do not even know what is going on - the police are mad something about false complaints or something.

Ok...he gave your sister his password so the only thing she did wrong was to give it to you. I have no idea if that is a criminal offense or not.

You seriously violated his privacy and probably could get into some trouble. Check with a local attorney to see how much trouble that might be. I have no idea if that would be anything serious or not. You didn't actually "hack" anything because you used a password that was known to you. You weren't supposed to have the password, but that still doesn't make it hacking. I am sure that it violated the law however.

Tell your sister to immediately (first thing in the morning) file for a protective/restraining order against him to keep him away from her. Tell her to pack up his belongings and have them ready for him to pick up, with a police escort. Tell her also to change the locks on the doors for her own safety.

A man that leaches like that and gets his next victim in line before he finishes with the other one, is going to be extremely angry that she messed up his plan. (he is already demonstrating that) If he was simply cheating he wouldn't be reacting this way. Your sister needs to take the necessary steps to protect herself.

yesterday he stated that it was a miss understanding and was playing nice - last night he started fighting with her she got scared and locked herself in her room. Now he brought his daughter in with her boyfriend and they are not leaving she went to the court and was told that she could not kick him out. Any other ideals. I am afraid that he is going to hit her next. :(

Why the heck didn't she file for a restraining order? That would have gotten him out...

I would have told her to, but he had the phone so she locked herself into her room. she went to the court the day before and the judge told her he has not done anything and untill he does there is nothing they can do. ANd they are renting, the landlady said if he wanted to leave she would not object, but she wont let my sister break the lease cause she is the one with the money.
