What is the name of your state? California

Is it legal for my manager to send me to a different store to work without my knowledge or agreement? I have repeated ask my manager to not send me to a certain store to work months ago. I feel like my manager have a strong dislike for me that's why she's sending me to a place that's 1 hour away from where I live and work.

Yep, it sure is legal. They can require you to work at any location they need/want you to work.

Didn't your mother ever tell you that Life Isn't Fair?

It may not be fair. That does not make it illegal.

Maybe that store is where the manager needs the most help! Why do people always assume it's personal?

I don't assumed it's a personal matter. I KNOW it and other girls I work with knows it too.
The manager never dare to send two person to help at any other stores before but she's sending me instead of a new girl to help out, when I had already made it clear that I do not want to be sent to this specific store.

Then look for another job.

Problem solved.

Even if you're 100% correct and she is sending you to that store for the sole reason that she doesn't like you and wants to make you miserable, it is still 100% legal. Your employer can send you to work at any location she wants you to work unless you have a bona fide, binding contract that specifically says otherwise.

Maybe the new girl doesn't know enough yet to be of any help to the other store. As the others have said, the bottom line is that your manager can require you to go there even if you're not happy about it.
