What is the name of your state? Iowa

Alright here is the gist of what's happening. I started school at this community college in Jan 2006 I'm about to finish up this summer of 2008. The college has a radio station that I'm a student DJ on. Well i've broken a few of the rules around here for example... Don't talk over whats called a music bed which means just a loop of music. I did that. I was suspsended from being on the radio because of an incident of me hanging out with the Engineer of the radio station we were drinking one night and he shut down the station. and I got in trouble and suspended because I was there that was last semester. So this new spring semester starts I said my goal is to not get kicked off the air for doing something stupid... I found out today that I supposibly said something to a student about "how does it taste to have _(the techers name)__ dick in your mouth" which I don't recall saying any of that stuff.. This happened I guess last week. So suppsosibly there were Two girls that said this. Now the program director went to her boss, who went to the President of the college which because of my past incidents troubles they are wanting to kick me out of this college... With out ever talking to me on past incidents they've always just heard what the program director has said and went with it...
at the same time there trying to ruin my status here... I need some advice if I can persue something if I do get kicked out this college. Is there anything, Someone please help

From your post, it sounds as if you may have a drinking problem; and problem with following RULES.

You must exhaust all internal avenues before you try and attempt any Court action.

Personally, I suggest you get your heart & head wired together, and do all that you can do in not being suspended or kicked out.
Given that you are close to graduating; and it could cost you dearly down the road, for example, enrolling in another School;
and in future employment too.

How many semesters do you have to graduate and I would exhaust all internal means to rectify this situation, if you do end up getting kicked out. Try talking to the dean and workout some alternative punishment, (such as community service) and stay clean till you graduate.

Wish you the best.

In addition, your actions at the radio station may have endangered the school's FCC license. If I were the station manager, I'd kicked you off the air forever.

*I worked at a CC campus radio station long ago... There are just things that just aren't done
