Maybe, maybe not.
From experience, I vote NOT.

Not "may have been." Flat-out "were." They were ugly. Admit it, take responsibility. But you won't. :(

Because being a parent is all about having some peace yourself, isn't it?:rolleyes:  :rolleyes:
I'll take responsibility...it was ugly.

And, YES, I believe I can want peace as I NEVER said being a parents was ALL ABOUT peace. I've been prayerful in most of my decisions about my children and am able to suck up the pain dished out from their mother and more recently them, and I know that I've done all I can do...there is nothing more I can do. I won't apologize for wanting some peace in my life after 4 years of abuse.

Kind Regards,
DD

I am aware of how tragic your situation is but the fact remains that deciding to not pay your CS for 2 or 3 months isn't wise.

The state of CA is very strict and WILL go after him regardless.

At least send something if you can't send the entire payment. It helps you look better etc. Then catch up as quickly as you can.

Good luck in finding a new job.

Hi Isabella,

Many of you are misconstruing what I mean by peace. Peace in my heart and my head in terms of knowing I've done the right thing, and just some peace away from the constant madness from the ex...not peace from the kids. Not sure how many kids you have, but I've had 5 sons, 4 who are a part of this current case and an adult son in college. I don't have to be told that there is never really that kind of peace you alluded to when one has a child, regardless of where the child lives. :)

Regards,
DD
