why will they transfer my case to Vermont?

What is the name of your state? Florida

On January 31 I received a letter from immigration notifying me that my case I751 was transfer to Vermont to process faster. NOW, WHY? The process dates for The Texas Center where I originally applied back in June 2007, is April 19 2007 when Vermont process date is March 01 2007.... Will they put my case on top of the line???? Why would they move to a center that is behind Texas???? where my case it going to end up?

It is fruitless to ask "why".
USCIS is transferring cases around based on work loads, and the online processing dates won't be caught up in real time when files are moved.

You should know that I-751 is currently a very low priority petition for them, there is a huge backlog of I-485 and other "immediate need" petitions and applications that they will deal with first.

You are still a Permanent Resident until you are told otherwise, and it doesn't make too much sense for you to get all worked up about it because they will still take as long as they take to review your petition.

If you become eligible to apply for Naturalization, you may do so, even if your I-751 is not yet approved.
If you need to travel internationally, you can use your expired Green Card + Receipt Notice OR an I-551 stamp in your passport.
You do NOT need to re-verify your work permission at your current job.
You can be hired for new jobs with your no-legend Social Security card + Driver's License.

No thanks. But I was just wondering is this means that I have another year of waiting... you know, it is much better to have evrything over for peace of mind... you know...

I do know how it is... I don't think it will be another whole year, but there is no telling, really.

I just received an email from USCIS telling me this:

"Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you...."

well, this gives me hope!!!! This is the second email in one month... The first one on January 31 when my case was transfer and then my case on February was update it to let me know that Vermont received my case, and now this one!!!! Hopes Up!!! what you think???? How long?

This is not any indication that things are moving faster or anything. It is just a procedural transfer and there is no way to predict anything about the processing times.
