We don't have In-N-Out here...I was on a business trip to Vegas and my boss (dufus) went there and got burgers for us all (big spender).

Lets just say that in-n-out is well named...it went in and about 30 min later it came back out. yuck. Nothing is grosser than re-tasting a in-n-out burger....nasty...shudder...
Nice visual esp while I am eating!!! ha ha

Must have been the location you visited. NEVER in my 37yrs had that experience and I've been eating em all my life :)

I find that funny - maybe it's a built-up immunity. 30+ years and no ill effects yet!

Thanks Emme, I had no idea that a man could file before the birth. What I find odd in this, *He is soon to be a father*.

Baby is not born, and a PT has not been given.

We don't know these people and the baby may not even be his.

Thanks for the info though.
It might not be...But any potential father that files a paternity action may not be the father, but a RO forbidding removal of the child is standard nonetheless. Mom/Belly were ordered to NOT leave the courts jurisdiction until paternity was established. She did. She screwed herself big time.
