Yes to be honest, i want to sue. Do I have a case?
This took place in Jan 08
I was given a directive by one supervisor. Another supervisor was present. Everything was cool. I walked out of the office, about a hundred feet back to my machine, was talking with another coworker when the visiting supervisor approached me and repeatedly asked three to four times "do you have a problem with me, is there something you want to say to me" over and over again with the voice and demeanor that I would classify as hostile. I have a witness in the other worker I was talking to. I repeatedly said no and walked off. I passed her a few minutes later, said nothing, and she started again with the same thing, I said no each time and walked away. She followed me about ten feet still trying to provoke me. I have a seperate witness to this part as well, and probably another. I turned around and asked if she was harrassing me to which she answered "what do you think". I said I'll let someone else decide. She gets my supervisor to call me into the office. He and her are buddies. She started lieing saying that she saw me going to a now "forbidden" area when it wouldve been physically impossible to see where I was going. Then a few minutes later she said she saw me coming back from the area. (her department) I get my job threatened repeatedly about my behavior by both supervisors. Normally they would get a third party supervisor to sit in to vouch for the situation. I end up having a meeting with personnel, during which my supervisor basically told a few stories to try to make his case stronger. This really pissed me off. I had to correct him several times. I waited about a week with my job in limbo I thought (i was paid as normal) for personnel to eventually tell me that I did nothing wrong and that she shouldve shut up basically. This situation stressed me out and I ended up having anxiety attacks and had to go to the doctor and get medication. I'm currently on LOA and plan on going back next week. I dont feel comfortable there and I dont want to work there anymore. I hate the place and don't feel comfortable around the supervisors previously mentioned. Plus I have a situation documented where my supervisor threatened my job over something that I had nothing to do with, when He actually broke a protocol and I made a copy of the material to prove this. (This took place in Sept of 2007. )
