My wife, and I are currently separated. She calls me every night at 7 PM from and blocks the phone call. I have never physically abused her, and she had an affair with a co-worker, and it caused us a lot of problems. I have love letters, and evidence of them meeting outside of work. She had moved back in, and we were working things out. Then one weekend she leaves to go see family, and does not show back up. I had no clue what was going on, and contacted her because I was clueless. Next day I leave, come home all her stuff is gone once again I'm clueless where she is at, or what is going on so I am concerned.
So she starts calling me from a blocked phone number. It drives me nuts because I don't know what's going on. So we argue each night on the phone. So she shows up out of no where with her brother to get more of her belongings here. My best friend is here, and can confirm this. Her brother flips out on me verbally, and tells me he heard the recordings of our telephone conversations, and can't believe that I would say some stuff. I then reminded him you can say some pretty dumb **** when you have been cheated on , and abandoned and have no line of communication to know what is going on.
Anyhow, she has been recording me, and I'm in one a one party consent state (Oklahoma). But I also aware of the fact that is illegal to play the recordings to other parties without my consent. So what are my options because this really is the last straw for me. She's hurt me to much, and betrayed me in every aspect, and I am finished. I have no clue who all she has played our conversations to, but I can only imagine.
