My dad got caught growing pot in the basement. He had about 10 pounds growing down there. Does anyone have an idea of what kind of time he might do? It's in New York.

With 10 lbs. I'm sure he is charged with possession with the intent to sell , and illegal growing .

About how much time ? I couldn't tell you .
