I have been divorced four four years. My ex wife is trying to find a reason to file a complaint for contempt of court with a new attorney. The new attorney is not aware of the divorce proceedings that occurred during our trial. She has lied to the new attorney and they have sent me a threatening letter to produce documents. These documents were produced before and at the time of the trial. She has told her new attorney they were never produced. I have all the documents to prove they were produced to her old lawyer. My ex wife is looking for a financial solution to purchasing a new SUV. I know this is just the beginning of her harassment. What can I do to protect myself from her harassment, now and in the future?:confused:What is the name of your state?

I don't think it's that easy. The judge pretty much said I was a **** bag. He gave her 4,000.00 for back child support. I had the letter from the DOR stating I was up to date. He ignored it. She is really good when it comes to lying. She has no morales. I have gotten married again and we signed a pre nup just in case she tried this crap again. She is not aware of it yet, but I see her going to court and trying to get more support. We have three girls that live with her.

Your thread is confusing...I think that you need a consult with a local attorney who can read over your documents and advise you accordingly.
