Short background: about 2 weeks ago, my daughter reported sexual abuse by my ex, her dad, to a trusted teacher. As this is about the 6th report, CPS and detectives jumped right on it, all contact by him ceased, and a previously appointed GAL is actively involved. The latter said that he believes, as I do, the ex will deny allegations and use his money to fight all out. It may come down to him saying it's his word against my daughter's (probably saying I put it in her head).

To cast doubt on anything he says I'm trying to document his many lies. One of these is that he was a police officer in Ohio. I know that's general (I'm trying to find out where.), however, do you know if there's a way I could find out whether he was or not?

I went to Wittenberg University, so I do remember Ohio snows! Hope you're doing ok, and thanks in advance

You can try subpoenaing records from the Ohio Department of Revenue. You would have to subpoena and provide them with his social security number. But request copies copies of all records they have.

Si je parle le français normalement il est parce que je suis fatigué de l'insolence et de la stupidité de la personne à qui je parle. Si donc nous ne devons pas continuer dans le français sur ce fil.

Hey, if I get locked up for having my small elf, you could defend me... you just need to brush up on criminal law - but no need to piss off Santa... I'll just have water.
