I have been on this forum for while, you guys gave me some eye openers. This is my latest situation. Attorney general gave me some advise regards back child support (which I ahve been asking about here). I sent Child Services copies of all paystubs I could get from my previous emplyers. The questions I have is this: Child Services filled some papers with the court, I have been receiving letters from Child Services regards drivers license suspension, tax interception and already put on my credit report, while this is happening they are taking curent child support and back support which I am tring to prove that I don't owe the amount that said. I have been calling child services and courthouse, nobody knows what is going on. I don't have attorney at the moment but I do have appointment this Friday to possibly strait this mess out, would you guys know or have any opinions what is going on because I surely don't and child services claims they don't know either.

wage assignment is common for cs- especially for those that have not been reliable for paying on their own in the past.....

File for child support modification , to obtain a court order with wording that will get you the relief you requested .

In your petition state that you have provided all pay stubs that prove in fact that you are not and never were in arrears .

State in your petition you want the sanctions lifted , and the order to reflect you were never in arrears .

If CSEU is holding the overpayment's request they be return to you forthwith .

If the overpayment's have already been paid out , then request they be applied toward your CS .

If the court order is granted , send proof to CRA's and request they remove the report altogether because you were never in arrears .

If DMV has already suspended you license , go to the nearest DMV office with a copy of the order .

If CPS does not receive copy of the order , provide them with one .
