aqctually he lost gross reciepts of $30000 a month,and all he's accounts loved me, but like you he didn't like a man around just little yes men.but I thank you all any way I finally get it, just bow before boss in all his forms and keep your mouth shut because boy you are going to carry that weight a long time

You have two separate and unrelated issues here.

I do not interpret the description of the benefits the same way Zigner does either. But whether or not your employer violated any kind of contract is something we will not be able to establish here. You will need to discuss that will an attorney in your state.

HOWEVER, EVEN IF you are able to establish that your employer was "wrong" to make the deductions in question, that is STILL not reason to quit and receive unemployment benefits, and you STILL cannot sue the state for not granting them.
