What is the name of your state? TX

I buy from ebay very often these days but the sellers does not mention where the products come from. if in case i buy the stolen product unknowingly. Am i charge for buying stolen item even though i dont know anything about it at the time of buying.

please advice

You can be charged with receiving stolen property if you know or should have known it was stolen.

That is the GENERAL rule.

Obviously, if you buy stolen goods, you will have to give them back and you will have lost your money.

And if i dont know before buying, do i charge for that. Does we have any "buyers beware" scenario apply.

The only concern i have is if i buy something from ebay which is stolen (sellers do not mention whether it is stolen or not in his/her auction) and if they caught by law enforcement. Am i be charged buying from them even though i did not know that it was stolen.

Ebay doesn't sell anything, they provide a service to the sellers and buyers. You should not be charged with any crime in you unknowingly purchase a stolen item. You may have to return the item to the rightful owner, you could then seek compensation from the seller.
