any NJ program like NY TAP?

I am currently attending college in New York city, but I live in new jersey. Its not far. I got financial aid that cover part of my tuition fee and the rest I had to take out a loan because I can’t apply for TAP because I don’t resign in NYC. The reason why I went to school in nick because I work in NYC and its easier for me to get to NY school right after work this way I avoid wasting time in rush hours.

Now I pay $3500 each semester using the loans because the TAP does not apply for me because I don’t live in NY.

My question is if I transfer to NJ school will I still be getting same financial aid and pay $3500 or is there a program like tap for NJ?

It depends on who provided your financial aid. You will probably have to reapply for the new school.
