What is the name of your state? CA

My license is CA and the $389 speeding ticket is GA. I was driving 78 in 60 mile construction zone. this is my first ticket in my life time. I can't defintely appear in the GA court. What would you do? Should I find attorney or just pay the fine? I'm also concerned about the insurance rate going up.

I'm sorry if it really offended you.

I just didn't get what I need from the previous inquiry. The answer I got from previous was "Google it". The next one is "Stop double posting". I'm very new to everything in USA. I don't have people I can ask in person. I hope you could understand my situation.

You need to be at in court at your court date. Perhaps a lawyer will be allowed to represent you in your absence, and perhaps you could do a written declaration. Call the court and ask what options are available to you.
