TX. People do it all the time. Although the business buying is none the wiser, don't galge them. That's free commerce, people pay for information. It's just like when you see all those "People finder" websites. That info is free if you know how to get it.

Think about it. Foreclosure records are open, but typically you have to have a real estate license to gain access to certain lists.

I'm curious. What type of information are you planning to sell?
