a friend of mine has a child with autism. six years ago his teacher knocked him out of his chair onto the floor he hit his head the she grabbed his face and squeezed it as she continuted to push him into the floor and was yelling at him. my questions is she did not sue of the school system at that time. is there a satute of limitations in this matter?

Why wait six years and then decide to sue? what was the delay?

Yes, there is a statute of limitations, but it doesn't even BEGIN to run until the minor's 18th birthday. But, what damages did the child suffer?
